I'm Gounthar, from France. I do love making wooden toys for my twins, but really lack time to do so... :B
I am currently developping a strong interested for galoot hand tools, so my projects don't progress much (the infamous learning curve). :no:
I really like your forums (I've been a lurker for a while) and hope to be able to post from times to times.

Whereabouts in France to you live?
What sort of toys have you made?
Have a look at some of what's been made in the toy making section, it's just amazing the detail that some have put into there projects.

I have made toy trucks (http://ez2cu.free.fr/serendipity/index.php?/archives/43-Livraison-effectuee.html) (47cm long), tractors (http://ez2cu.free.fr/serendipity/index.php?/archives/49-Frene-ou-accelere.html) from Woodcraft (http://www.woodcraft.com/Product/2006658/4515/Tractor-Plan-No-610.aspx), toys with the lathe, and other little rolling toys.
