What do you clean your hands with ?

Hi all, just wondering what others use to clean tannin impregnated hands. Every time I use hardwood posts or kwila the tannins stain my hands something shocking. I have recently discovered a fantasic product that I use to clean my coffee machine ( another obsession of mine). I suspect napisan would do the same thing - what do others use ?
