Good Evening Friends,
I am getting ready to make a set of blueprints for a fellow which will entail a new garage and breezeway between the new garage and the existing one.
The only problem is that the end of the new garage farthest from the existing garage is 15' higher than the existing garage front. The breezeway will run 13'07" out toward the new garage and a retaining wall with a height of 5'09", which will be the floor level of the new garage.
Now the quiz is how are we going to dig the footing so the block mason is not standing on his head to lay the block?
Respectfully,
