Good Evening Friends,
Have you or someone else accidental bumped a toggle switch and caused a piece of machinery to come to life?
Especially when you least expect this happening, to some it could be funny but to others it could be dangerous.
How would you take care of this situation?
Respectfully,

Turn off at main switch, take plug out, or isolate using lock out system, make sure all others using machinery are aware and follow Safe Operating Procedures as instructed.

What E. maculata said plus place a short piece of plastic pipe over the switch so you have to slightly reach into the pipe to operate the switch. If the pipe is too long it could be dangerous because of the difficulty of turning off the machine in an emergency.

1.Sue the idiot who put a toggle switch on the machinery in the first place.
2. With the winnings from the lawsuit buy some decent machinery with no volt switches so you dont get sued when someone hurts themselves.

Good Evening Friends,
You all had some good answers to the quiz, however they were not the one I was looking for.
Attached is the correct answer I was looking for in picture form.
Respectfully,

G'day Ralph, the illustration shows a home-made version of what is commercially availiable and I call a lock-out.
