Hi everyone,
my name is Brendon, I dabble in welding (occasional), woodwork (slightly more occasional), a bit of spray painting. Basically, a poor man's jack of a few trades. What bloke in his 50's isn't, eh? I spray painted my truck at the start of the year. First time I had picked up a gun in 2 years. Having been through this type of thing before, I started at the back and slowly worked my way over a few days to the cabin. By the time I got to the cabin my technique was getting good, so it looked alright. Who looks at the back of a truck, anyway?
Other than my own work, I'm helping my son at the minute start up a cabinet-making business. Doing the drawings, handling customers, and helping out in the workshop a bit. At least trying not to get in his way! ha ha.
Long before that, I used to drop in here for info. This is a great site. Just this Saturday arvo, I thought at least I can join up. I'll help where I can if my limited info will be any good. And I can think of a couple of question/topics to start up that may be good fodder for further discussion.
Hope to meet you all later.
Cheers,
Brendon.
