Quite pleased with myself over the weekend ..... it was a get things done weekend around the house.

I did't have any plans, except to get things done. Anyway I walked past the letter box and thought it could do with a coat of paint and replacement of the numbers ...... fortunately both of which I had in the garage so no need to delay.

Anyway I painted and replaced the numbers. The "No Junk Mail" sign which has been up for 10 years was also looking a bit rough with my newly painted letter box so I put the box back out the front and decided to sort the "No Junk Mail" sign out next time I am at Bunnies.

Well first day without the "No Junk Mail" sign and I come home to seven pieces of junk mail, two of which have blown all over the front lawn. All of it is crap and will be thrown out straight away. Looks like a trip to Bunnies at lunchtime to get a new "No Junk Mail" sign.

What a waste of paper.

I have the sign on my letterbox and still get the mail:((... problem is I'm never home to catch who's doing it and its pretty hard to find out who is putting it there.

The sign usually works for me, but had a couple of regulars who ignored it. When I've spotted them from the workshop, I ask them which part of "No Junk Mail" they don't understand. It seems to have worked... except that Australia Post don't seem to think it applies to them.:((
