Mahogany Bar Top Coating

Hi All
I have a piece of mahogany that will be used as a bar top.
Can anyone suggest a coating that will prevent staining from red wine, beer etc.

i have just finished a kitchen island and used Feast Watson Floor Clear...it says it can be used on kitchen tops...happy with the results so far..but havent spilt wine on it...yet! but seems like a solid coating so far...
i would think any floor coating would be designed to be durable.....
