We had a 4200mm custom wardrobe made with 4 pairs of 25mm thick doors (2200mm x 501mm), the centre pairs both having mirrors on the inside.

However the cabinet maker supplied Blum hinges (5 per door) which would only open 90 deg - which meant that you have to stand in the wardrobe to use the mirror! http://cdn.woodworkforums.com/images/smilies/standard/eek.gif

They tried to source 135 deg hinges but all those they have tried cause the door edges near the hinge to bind on the neighbouring door as they are opened.

Does anyone know of a cabinet hinge that opens 135 deg (or more) that will work for doors that are 25mm thick?

If not, can you suggest a modification to the door that can be made to accomodate the Blum hinges?
