Thought that I would bring this tread back to life ans see when we can have another Bar-B-Q down our way It has been way to long. you talked me into it I will have it at my place.just need to know what dates people are available so we can try to get every body in?Plus I will have to get the dirty clothes on and clean up the workshop.


P.S. just got back from the ten hour drive from the rellies in Sydney and all I could think of was you guys (oh how sweet) lol

Ok Artme I will wait for you I don't think that it would be fair not too.I think that everyone is important on the forum,would be great to do it on Australia Day but sorry I all ready have plans and it would not be fair to artme.

The Date is going to be Sunday 7th of February I hope to see you all here.please R.S.V.P on here and I will pm. you my address and telephone number.

And who knows maybe someone can help me get one of my routers conected to my router table it has been sitiing in my shed just getting used for storage for the last year from my last visit to Crapatec during a sale.

I will have the Barbie fired up and roaring to go. And will supply the fun and entertainment with a little help from my friends Neil and Carl.
Everybody else just bring yourselves and good conversation it will Be great.
So as Nike says lets just do it.

P.S If you would like to bring a dish of anything you are more than welcome but you do not have too all you have to do is get here.

Ok well we need to figure out what every one is bringing to the BBQ,so that we don't double up on everything so if you would like to bring a plate of something for everyone to eat please write here what it is that you are going to bring so every body else can see and choose something different and we can eat lots of different stuff not everyone brings the something,any wya just thought this would make it easier but remember you don't have to bring anything other than your self to come but any thing that you do bring is much appreciated.:2tsup::2tsup::2tsup::2tsup:

Sorry guys to raise your hopes, but the bankcard bill came in and with christmas on it plus 3+ grand for daughters shoulder reconstruction, David needs to put more hours in with his bum on the seat of the truck. Maybe next time.

Better if you kill it yourself instead of picking up the "already dead" ones and just skinning them:D:D:p:wink: (road kill):D:D

Now if i was coming i wouldn't be tight/lousy/miserable like you banana benders - i would have supplied Scotch fillet.:D:D:p:p

i would if i could but tehre aint enough wallabys round here any more. every now and then they turn up but not in plagues like we used to. got a nice deer teh other day.

i have skinned fresh road kill before. got some nice ones to.

no but youd turn up in a truck with a busted fuel tank then stick us with teh bill:U

BUT THIS BBQ IS ON RAIN HAIL OR SHINE :U

Or at least it better be after spending most ofthe day getting lathe etc ready. I know Guy has also been working hard getting the shed tidy (not sure why, guess he wants to put me to shame :B, I can't get to my workshop or my garden shed now :U)

Hope you have some under cover areas Guy :rolleyes:

I see much of the Gold Coast has had 200mm overnight with up to 400mm in the hills near Guy's.
Must be a bit of flash flooding and a few roads out. Any problems we should know about?

No flash flooding near my place was out this morning but the roads are good .it is still on.Who is affraid of a little rain just drive a little slower and be safe remember the only time you get wet is getting in and out of your car.
