Hi All,
I am about to pull up all the carpet and lyno in my house.
We have pine floor boards in excellent condition underneath.
We have approximately 76 m2 of floor to sand and paint. I am concerned about
the size of the job, am I skilled enough to do it?, should I do it?, or should I get
someone in to do it? and if I do what would be a estimate of $/ m2 ?
