Same thing happened at our house, while it was rented out. They settled between the upstairs floor and the downstairs ceiling.
Eventually got rid of the bees, but the honey attracted ants and 10 years later, honey & wax have seeped through the ceiling below.

call local council some have a list of beekeepers that will get them. Failing that a pest exterminator

Rang local Aperist bee keeper removalist :oo: $160 to remove them or next step pest exterminator last quote we had was $350. Guess the landlord ain't gonna like this bill.:no:
