On the main forum page, there's a list of active users at the bottom.
I've noticed on some occasions that a user will have a + next to their name.
I've searched but couldn't find out what this signifies - any idea?

That had me stumped for ages too. I found out that they are people who you have added to your friends list in your User CP.

Thanks, it must also apply to contacts as I have no friends ...
