G'Day

I'm Jana, have been working with wood for about five years - all recycled stuff - lot's of luvly West Australian Jarrah. I am indeed, an apprentice, with lots and lots to learn but with the help of my friends and my user friendly Triton, I'm getting there. Just love that first glimpse of timber when I've denailed, started planing and sanding that old piece of junk come back to life. Working with my partner (now dec'd) the biggest thing we ever made was a very challenging 3.2 x 1.6 outdoor table using timber from a jetty that was originally built in 1933. Boy was that Jarrah HARD!!!!! Had to be transported by a crane truck. I'm now working on smaller pieces that I can manage by myself (physically that is). Will post some pics later. Thanks for the forum.
