I've often wondered what "managed" means, as in "it's ok, you've raised this issue before and it's being managed". :confused:

Has anyone taken a problem to management only to have them say, "Leave it with me, I can fix that."

Various corporate self help books are good for a laugh.

check out most time management books, its all about either not doing things or getting other people to do things that arent their job.
