trying to purchase 'the polishers handbook'

Hiya,

I was wondering if anyone has had any success contacting the admins of the 'ubeaut' site.

i put an order through for 'the polishers handbook' through the ubeaut website (http://www.ubeaut.com.au/publish.html) but have yet to receive a reply, similarly mailing to [email protected] has no response.

i really want to purchase this book and have found an alternate supplier but dont want to then end up with two copies if ubeaut gets around to filling my order.

any thoughts on trying to contact them ??

I ordered one via the web site 2 weeks ago and received it last Thursday. So it took about 9 days all up to arrive.

Been having trouble for about a week with a broken spam filter and a heap of targeted emails. Someone got into our virtual server and sent out literelly millions of emails using our infinite address. We were receiving well over 3,000 emails a day and blocking the server. Basically had to shut down our email. We went back on line for emails this morning. All is fixed now (kind of) back to around 150 emails a day.

Needless to say we dumped thousands of emails and haven't been sending or receiving any for a few days. The only emails we didn't dump are those from our secure server, ie orders. These were have been on hold since last Wednesday and we received them yesterday. Yours was # 42 of 89 and was processed this morning. It will be dispatched this afternoon. One more down 47 to go. There goes the rest of the week.

Sorry about that, but stuff sometimes happens.

I get stuff sent from G' long, and it usualy takes 2 days tops, so it must have been the Gremlins in your case.
